WARRANTY INFORMATION
If The Rearview Mirror® product is found to be defective in either material or workmanship within 30 days of the date of original purchase, EveryDay Solutions, LLC will provide replacement parts at no charge. The Limited 30 day Warranty is subject to the conditions, exclusions and limitations listed below, and are for the period the product is owned by the original owner only. Proof of purchase is required and is non-transferable. NOTE: Once the product film covering has been removed, we cannot refund your money due to sanitary reasons. NO EXCEPTIONS.
This warranty is limited to the replacement of defective components and EveryDay Solutions, LLC may fully discharge all obligations under this warranty by replacing, at its discretion, the defective components or the entire product. In no event shall EveryDay Solutions, LLC be liable for any incidental or consequential damages caused by defects in The Rearview Mirror®.
EveryDay Solutions, LLC obligation under this warranty does not extend to damages resulting from (1) installation, use or maintenance of The Rearview Mirror® not in accordance with the installation and use instructions (2) shipping, improper handling, improper operation, abuse, misuse, or accident. (3) installation or use of components not supplied with The Rearview Mirror® or any other components not expressly authorized and approved by EveryDay Solutions, LLC, and/or (4) modification of The Rearview Mirror® not expressly authorized and approved by EveryDay Solutions, LLC. (5) This warranty is limited to only the component parts provided by EveryDay Solutions, LLC.
